摘要: Fusarium Head Blight of wheat is caused mainly by graminearum (teleomorph = Gibberella zeae) and some related species such as F. culmorum, poae, avenaceum, Microdochium nivale var. M. majus. During conducive years, yield lost can achieve up to 70 % in crop fields with the consequent risk mycotoxin accumulation on grains, deoxynivalenol (DON). Disease control achieved chemicals but ambiguous results have been reported; genetic resistance also a viable option although transference genes commercial lines has not successfully achieved. Biological appears an alternative use integrated disease. Several techniques are utilized select potential microorganisms antagonistic ability under laboratory scale; among them Index Dominance Niche Overlap Index. Further selection done at greenhouse level where reduction number candidates At this level, disease severity DON crucial for field experiments. Finally, formulation selected order obtain easy-handle product be transported applied field.
