摘要: Abstract Two copper(II) complexes, [Cu2(L1)Cl3].2H2O (1) and [Cu2(L2)(N3)Cl2] (2) where HL1 = 4-methyl-2,6-bis((2-morpholinoethylimino)methyl)phenol HL2 = 4-methyl-2,6-bis((3-morpholinopropylimino)methyl)phenol have been synthesized characterized by elemental analysis, various spectroscopic methods, TGA single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Single analysis reveals that in both the two copper atoms are linked phenoxo oxygen atom a bridging ligand, namely chloride azide, respectively. These complexes used as catalyst for epoxidation of cyclohexene, styrene, α-methyl trans-stilbene norbornene using tert-butyl hydroperoxide oxidant acetonitrile under mild conditions. All substrates undergo conversion to produce respective epoxide major product.
