摘要: Abstract We have investigated phonon properties of some β - FeSi 2 crystals with characteristic light emission by using measurements far-infrared absorption and photoluminescence in order to discuss a correlation between them. It has been found that there is systematic states efficiency the phonons above energy more than ∼44 meV may be effectively coupled optical indirect transition for IR from crystals.
