摘要: Many studies showed that radio frequency (RF) holds great potential to control insects in grains, while a few more technical issues need be addressed further make this technology ready for industrial application. Therefore, the effect of RF heating rate on rice fissure ratio and broken rate, lethality immature weevils, disinfestation treatment cooking eating quality milled was investigated study. Results indicated had no significant influence fast (>7.2 °C/min) adverse effects ratio, mild (<5.8 rice. (50 °C, 5 min) could completely weevils rough, brown, Even though influenced (water absorption, adhesive strength) rice, it overall sensory quality. This study provided valuable information considering application energy process insects.
