摘要: The development of a sensitive radioimmunoassay for plasma arginine vasopressin (pAVP) is described. Using this assay, the levels were determined in nondehydrated and dehydrated rats after exposure to ether or acceleration stress. Plasma AVP was also following nicotine administration.
