摘要: BACKGROUNDTo determine whether or not a moderate genetic defect of homocysteine metabolism is associated with the development coronary artery disease, we studied prevalence thermolabile methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase, which probably most common metabolism.METHODS AND RESULTSThree hundred thirty-nine subjects who underwent angiography were classified into three groups: (1) patients severe stenosis (> = 70% occlusion in one more arteries > 50% left main artery), (2) mild to (< < and (3) non-coronary heart disease noncardiac chest pain (nonstenotic arteries).
