摘要: Allogeneic tumors, transplanted into the anterior chamber of mouse eye, grow progressively and eventually kill host. However, recipients that have been previously immunized to alloantigens tumor are completely resistant intracameral challenge. In present study authors examined role specific immune effector elements in preventing, controlling, or eradicating tumors murine eyes. The results show antibody specifically sensitized lymphoid cells each capable inducing destruction intraocular cells. two modalities do so with differing effectiveness. Animals pretreated never develop signs growth. By contrast, mice display transient growth within chamber. antitumor activity was found be due constituent T lymphocytes. There existed a relatively narrow window time, prior at time inoculation chamber, when either type modality able prevent Neither antibodies nor lymphocytes were contain given 4 days after Thus, short period transplantation, acquire "resistance" host factors; as consequence, subsequently free proliferate intracamerally without restraint.
