摘要: Abstract The preparation of TiO 2 photo-catalyst films on alumina balls via low pressure metal organic chemical vapor deposition using titanium tetraisopropoxide and their photo-catalytic activity in bromothymol blue (BTB) decomposition a microwave/UV/TiO combined process system were investigated. results indicate that the film structure strongly depended reaction temperature. Among grown films, anatase rutile showed high activities, whereas amorphous lower activities. BTB rate increased with microwave intensity ozone injection rate. A significant synergistic effect was observed when hydrogen peroxide addition other elemental techniques.
