摘要: Hierarchically structured TiO2 photocatalyst films were synthesized using low-pressure metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (LPMOCVD) method to examine their photocatalytic activity. The thickness of the increased proportionally with increasing time. film at 773 K showed a hierarchical structure composed vertically grown laminar (112)-oriented anatase crystals. With time, grain became larger and morphology sharper. In initial CVD stage, small particular crystals formed, above which sequential growth layers columnars size took place, forming structure. hierarchically exhibited much higher activity than unhierarchically film. thickness.
