Physiological anticoagulants and activated protein C resistance in childhood stroke.

摘要: Immunological and functional protein S, C antithrombin III levels anticoagulant responses to activated were measured in 24 patients with stroke childhood. No hereditary deficiencies found. The S healthy controls of younger age did not differ from the adult levels. For optimal screening deficiency, measurements using as well immunological assays are recommended. Appropriate criteria for diagnosis must be carefully applied if unnecessary anxiety inappropriate treatment children avoided.
