In study, we investigated the effects apigenin on migration metastasis in experimental human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cell lines vitro vivo . dose-dependently inhibited proliferation, migration, invasion by PLC Bel-7402 cells. It also suppressed tumor growth xenografts without altering body weight, thereby prolonging survival. reduced Snai1 NF-κB expression, reversed increases epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) marker levels, increased cellular adhesion, regulated actin polymerization may therefore inhibit EMT inhibiting NF-κB/Snail pathway HCC.
