摘要: Abstract Osteosarcoma (OS) is the most common type of bone cancer. Even with early diagnosis and aggressive treatment, prognosis for OS poor. In present study, we investigated proliferation invasion inhibitory effect apigenin on human cells possible molecular mechanisms involved. The cell viability U2OS MG63 lines was detected by MTT assay. Cell cycle progression were assessed flow cytometry Matrigel Boyden chamber assay, respectively, involvement examined western blot analysis. We demonstrated that inhibited reduced in cells, downregulated expression β-catenin cells. Furthermore, reversed overexpression β-catenin, but enhanced knockdown β-catenin. Collectively, our results showed inhibits tumor growth inactivating Wnt/β-catenin signaling. Therefore, a promising chemotherapeutic agent may be used treatment OS.
