摘要: It is well known that the proliferation and migration of ASM cells (ASMCs) plays an important role in pathogenesis airway remodeling asthma. Previous studies reported apigenin can inhibit a mouse asthma model. However, its effects on ASMCs remain unknown. Therefore, aim our present study was to investigate ASMC migration, explore possible molecular mechanism. We found inhibited transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1)-induced proliferation. The cell cycle blocked at G1/S-interphase by apigenin. also suppressed TGF-β1-induced migration. Furthermore, Smad 2 3 phosphorylation ASMCs. Taken together, these results suggested TGF-β1-stimulated inhibiting signaling pathway. These data might provide useful information for treating show has potential attenuating remodeling.
