Symmetry of the lattice vibrations in perovskite-type layer structures

摘要: Starting with the 'family tree' which shows group-subgroup relations between various structural phases of perovskite-type layer materials organic ions, symmetry types lattice vibrations and, for some selected cases, coordinates are derived by standard group theoretical methods. Special emphasis is given to possibility soft or condensating modes in phase transitions involved and applicability Landau theory transitions.
