摘要: Bone is a living tissue with properties of growth and renewal like most other types in the human organism. It has multiple functions among which support, weight-bearing participation calcium homeostasis are important. To understand these certain knowledge primary bone formation, postnatal (modelling) continuous adult throughout life (remodelling) (Frost 1969) necessary. This Chapter deals subjects disorders involving may compromise its biomechanical and/or homeostatic properties.
