摘要: The paper analyses the results of serological examinations domestic, farm and free-living animals from different regions Slovakia, Southern Moravia, Bohemia Poland using ELISA, indirect hemagglutination assay (IHA) Western blot (WB). In significantly higher seroprevalence was recorded in dogs (33.5%) than horses (26.5%), cattle (22.5%), sheep (16.6%) rodents (17.8%) by a mixture Borrelia garinii, B. afzelii, burgdorferi sensu stricto (s.s.) antigens ELISA. Seroprevalence rodents, rodents. By IHA species, highest seropositivity rates were detected fallow deer (40.7%) compared with moufflons (16.6%), pheasants (8.0%) pigeons (1.2%). When testing sera horses, Slovakia Slovak lato (s.l.) isolates as anti-Borrelia IgG antibodies consistency positive negative findings comparison when American used. WB Eurocarpathian antigens, dog Eastern Moravia showed statistically insignificant differences sensitivity findings. methods same group sera, significant only found Euroamerican B.b.s.l CB26 B.b.s.s. addition to other factors, complexity standardization system regard genetic geographical heterogeneity s.l. used is also discussed.
