Endoscopic laser treatment of superficial esophageal cancer.

摘要: Recently, lasers are being increasingly applied in the treatment of cancers various organs, including esophagus. In present multiinstitutional series, two lesions cases were successfully treated with high-energy Nd-YAG laser and 15 14 low-energy argon dye following photosensitization hematoporphyrin derivative. Although satisfactory results obtained most cases, it was concluded that equipment photosensitizer require improvements.
