摘要: Corneal infection due to the species Aspergillus flavus is rare and often destructive. This report describes a case of corneal ulcer that failed respond amphotericin B, pimaricin, clotrimazole. The eye subsequently became phthisical. rational approach management fungal culture or perform sensitivity tests on isolated organism. Early surgical intervention should be done if fails medical treatment, disease process extends deep into stromal tissue anterior chamber. Fungal malignant glaucoma requires excisional keratoplasty, lens extraction, vitrectomy.
