Among OHT, persistent elevated blindness last follow-up also evaluated. Results Two hundred two eyes included study. 45.5%. Severe anterior chamber cells' reaction elevation active (P=0.003 0.018, respectively). Long-term data available 69 OHT; 32.9% (22/69) developed after resolved. Older age (P=0.007) hyperosmotic agents used (P=0.028) associated elevation. Age among (P=0.002). Conclusion Moderate high main corneal infiltration inflammation. One-third healed. significantly IOP. poorer visual outcome.
