摘要: Abstract The recent studies carried out on the binding of small molecule to deoxyribonucleic acids suggested that intercalation a tricyclic heteroaromatic molecule, thionine, with natural DNAs provided thermal stabilization DNA complex. In present study, we reported theoretical analysis thionine varying base composition by using an amended Zimm and Bragg theory, explain melting behaviour heat capacity without binding. We used experimental models Paul et al. for implementing this study (Paul et al., 2010). sharpness transition has been examined in terms half width sensitivity parameter (Δ H / σ ). results concluded various parameters such as curve, profile, widths are good agreement measurements determined through DSC. proposed therefore, may be useful understand interaction molecules acids. This approach also applied design therapeutic process drug formulation development.
