摘要: Air pollution has received increasing attention in recent years, particularly China, due to the rapid industrialisation that wrought intense levels of air pollution. A number studies, therefore, have been devoted quantifying impacts on property value China. However, empirical results are somewhat mixed. This naturally raises questions whether there is a significant relationship between quality and housing prices plausible reasons for mixed previous studies. study aims fill this gap by explaining variations findings meta-regression analysis. To control heterogeneity, weighted least square model was used explore factors influencing magnitude significance effect based estimates from 117 observations. confirms does discernible impact beyond publication bias.
