摘要: Abstract The oculomotor nerve was stimulated intracranially with a stereotactic technique in rabbits. Paracentesis performed after 15 or 30 min of stimulation and the protein concentration aqueous humour measured. content increased about twofold eye as compared control eye. This increase not due to tension extraocular muscles during stimulation. Neither change dependent on intensity above threshold for intense miosis. Pretreatment indomethacin always ineffective preventing concentration. Blockade muscarinic receptors biperiden abolished most this Thus, seems be cholinergic mechanism.
