摘要: Abstract This paper has focused on the structural and magnetic properties of Ce0.25BixPryY2.75-x-yFe5O12(x = 0.15, 0.20, 0.25) (y = 0.25, 0.5) prepared by solid-state method. The microstructural evaluations were carried out X-ray diffraction (XRD), photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) transmission (TEM), Raman Spectroscopy (RS) Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR). Furthermore, studied through a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). As it can be obtained from XRD patterns, single garnet phase with high purity been formed in all samples sintering condition. Also, FTIR analysis confirmed formation related inorganic bonding. reveals dominant good incorporation Bi, Pr Ce dopants into structure. XPS presence Ce4+ also its value was measured peak areas. results showed that amount is lower than 10%. According to results, increasing Bi content x = 0.15 up x = 0.25, saturation magnetization (Ms) increased 29.31 37.79 emu/g, enhancing concentration x = 0.25 x = 0.5, this characteristic enhanced 33.16 emu/g. Ce-solubility limit x = 0.2 charge compensation mechanism. An increase led an enhancement magneto-optical YIG for telecommunication applications memory storages, respectively.
