摘要: To the Editor.— The clinical picture of hypercalcemia associated with malignant neoplasms without bone metastases and correction by antitumor therapy has been called pseudohyperparathyroidism. 1 Although bronchogenic carcinoma hypernephroma head list producing this syndrome, a large variety tumors from other organs have reported, including 14 gynecologic neoplasms. 2-4 our knowledge, is first report describing syndrome in association stromal cell sarcoma uterus. Report Case.— A 62-year-old Negro woman was admitted to DCGH painless swelling left lower extremity two weeks' duration. She had also noted recent increase abdominal girth, weight loss 6.8 kg, vaginal bleeding. There no history peptic ulcer, renal stones, mental disorders, pain, or drug alkali ingestion. Positive findings on physical examination were slightly enlarged
