摘要: Building vulnerability evaluation is important in the risk assessment on earthquake and flood hazards. But for landslide hazard, it also a very part people buildings. Most discussions or researches about building are failure, few deformation phase. For this objective, paper discussed using Zhaoshuling as an example named located Three Gorges Reservoir Area, China. After field survey geological condition of landslide, detailed investigation buildings’ location structure carried out. To get surface deformation, numerical simulation method used under combining water fluctuation rainfall. Then probable damage degree analyzed according to relative theory mining. Based national standard classification system, all buildings semi-quantitatively evaluated.
