摘要: The first and second internal transcribed spacer regions (ITS1 ITS2) of the ribosomal DNA Biomphalaria tenagophila complex (B. tenagophila, B. occidentalis, t. guaibensis) were sequenced compared. alignment lengths these about 655 bp 481 bp, respectively. Phylogenetic relationships among species inferred by Maximum Parsimony Neighbor-joining methods. phylogenetic trees produced, in most cases, accordance with morphological systematics other molecular data previously obtained polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis. present results provide support for proposal that represents a comprising occidentalis guaibensis.
