摘要: Cu47Ti33Zr11Ni8Si1 metallic glass powder was prepared by gas atomization. Decomposition in the amorphous alloy and primary crystallization has been studied differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), x-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The glassy exhibits a broad DSC exotherm prior to bulk crystallization. Controlled annealing experiments reveal that this corresponds combination of structural relaxation nanocrystallization. A uniform featureless contrast is observed TEM detection nanocrystals 4–6 nm size. High-resolution studies indicate nanocrystalline phase close crystallographic relationship with γ-CuTi having tetragonal structure. product main event also nanocrystalline, hexagonal Cu51Zr14, dimensions 20 nm. However, there no evidence for possible separation nanocrystallization events.
