摘要: In the year 1994, Krause et al. published an initial report of acoustically elicited electroencephalogram (EEG) event-related desynchronization (ERD)/ synchronization (ERS) responses. Later, reported distinct ERD/ERS responses during auditory memory task: encoding acoustic material alpha-frequency ERS whereas retrieval or recognition same stimulus evoked alpha ERD. The research group and co-workers has several reports on utilizing various cognitive tasks diverse stimuli. Recently, also clinical studies have been initiated. This chapter reviews, summarizes, discusses findings cognition- memory-related specifically in modality.
