摘要: BACKGROUND To develop useful markers for the gastrointestinal neoplasms, authors have established a new monoclonal antibody (MoAb), FU-MK-1, directed to gastric adenocarcinoma. METHODS The MoAb was produced by mouse hybridoma technique immunizing BALB/c with cancerous ascites derived from poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma of stomach. RESULTS FU-MK-1 did not react normal adult mucosa, but most carcinomas tract. In addition, recognized cholangiocarcinomas (CC), it hepatocellular (HCC). Furthermore, in combined type tumor consisting mixture HCC and CC, only CC element, pseudoglandular structures areas. These results indicate that is antigenic marker distinguishing liver. because this retains its reactivity formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded material, may become reagent routine or retrospective immunohistologic studies. molecular weight antigen estimated be ca. 41,000 dalton Western blot analysis. Periodic acid trypsin treatment on suggested determinant glycoprotein. CONCLUSIONS This contribute histopathologic immunologic studies digestive system.
