摘要: Background MK-1, the target molecule of FU-MK-1, is encoded by GA733-2 gene, which currently being used as a in clinical trials for gastric, intestinal and biliary cancer treatment with monoclonal antibodies. Also interest p53, protein that has been intensively investigated relation to particular types tumors, patterns metastases, tumor stage, prognosis.
