摘要: Failure assessment of a pipe with local wall thinning draws increasing attention in the nuclear power plant industry. Although many guidelines have been developed and are used for assessing integrity wall-thinned pipeline, most these consider only pressure loading thus neglect bending loading. As pipelines plants subjected to internal moment, an procedure locally pipeline combined is urgently needed. In this paper, three-dimensional finite element (FE) analyses carried out simulate full-scale tests conducted various shapes area under moment. Maximum moments based on ultimate tensile stress were obtained from FE results predict failure pipe. These compared test results, showing good agreement. Additional then performed investigate effect key parameters, such as depth, angle length, maximum Moreover, moment was investigated. Change did not show significant
