摘要: Active gate control techniques are introduced in this paper for flexibly and independently controlling the dv/dt di/dt of insulated power devices during hard-switching events. In case control, output voltage can be controlled over a wide range by electronically adjusting effective gate-to-drain (-collector) capacitance (i.e., Miller capacitance). For similar applied current using feedback from small inductor connected series with switch's source (emitter) terminal. Both designed to maximize their compatibility module implementations that combine switch its drive, including integrated circuit drives. Simulation experimental results included verify desirable performance characteristics presented techniques.
