摘要: Hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride cellulose (CM) was homogeneously synthesized in a NaOH/urea aqueous solution. CM blended polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) matrix to produce composite films via co-regeneration from the alkaline The PVA film and blend were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction measurements scanning electron microscopy. mechanical properties, water swelling ratio, hydrophobicity, light transmission, antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus Escherichia coli also evaluated. results showed that could interact with hydrogen bonding exhibit an obvious reinforcement effect. addition of improved surface roughness, hydrophobicity especially, activity. However, compared neat film, elasticity optical transmission decreased. increased tensile strength, powerful activity, medium indicate biocompatible will become exceptional alternative functional bio-material field. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
