摘要: We report the case of a 24-year old man with past history vesical extrophy and ureterosigmoidostomy in childhood, admitted acute left flank pain renal failure. The complaints started day following endoscopic resection sigmoid polyp. stricture ureterosigmoid junction was diagnosed by intravenous urography. Conservative treatment endo-ureteral dilatation successfully performed. At 2 years follow-up, patient is still asymptomatic, without any residual hydronephrosis.
