摘要: Samtliche Anteile des Magen-Darm-Traktes wurden zur Rekonstruktion unteren Harntraktes verwendet. Heutzutage finden Ileum- und Kolonsegmente Blasenaugmentation, Blasensubstitution, kontinenten kutanen inkontinenten Harnableitung Anwendung, bei suffizientem analem Schliesmuskel normaler Nierenfunktion hat sich der Rektosigmoidpouch bewahrt. Da im Kindesalter die haufig erst bereits vorgeschadigtem Harntrakt erfolgt, ist Komplikationsrate relativ hoch (bis zu 42% Reoperationen).
