摘要: Abstract Energy flows through economies in a hierarchical pattern with vast amounts supporting the base while each step has less and flowing it. Money is inextricably connected to many of these energy countercurrent. At most aggregated scale an economy, where its gross domestic product measured, mean ratio between solar emergy money known as emergy-to-dollar (EDR). However, relationship not constant along hierarchy economy. While estimates this dynamic exist for marketed goods services, there been work estimate nonmarketed services. We develop “eco-price” meet goal better predicting correlation environmentally derived services currency. It defined flow ecosystem service relative estimated Twenty-nine eco-prices were from cases exchange water, soil, air pollution natural resource commodities. The eco-price reconciles biophysical value environment economic extends capability analysis suggest “marketable” monetary values environment.
