摘要: Endogenous reverse transcription (ERT) of retroviruses has long been considered a somewhat artificial process which only mimics occurring in target cells, as detergents or amphipathic peptides have classically used to make the envelopes these reaction systems permeable. Recently, several studies suggested that ERT human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) might occur without detergent treatment. However, this phenomenon could be due damage retroviral envelope during virion purification freezing and thawing. In report, intravirion HIV-1 ERT, detergent-induced permeabilization, is demonstrated natural microenvironments virions not caused by processes. Therefore, stage viral life cycle was termed (NERT). The efficiency NERT markedly augmented physiological substances extracellular milieu, such polyamines deoxyribonucleoside triphosphates. addition, seminal plasma samples harbored dramatically higher levels full-length nearly transcripts than isolated from peripheral blood HIV-1-seropositive men. When were incubated with samples, infectivity initially nondividing cells also significantly enhanced. Thus, we suggest are actively altered microenvironment may play an important role infection cells.
