摘要: Continuous-wave laser micro-beams are generally used as diagnostic tools in scanning microscopes or the case of near-infrared (NIR) micro-beams, optical traps for cell manipulation and force characterization. Because single beam created with objectives high numerical aperture, typical trapping intensities photon flux densities order 106 W/cm2 103 cm–2 s–1, respectively. The main idea our theoretical study was to investigate thermal reaction RBCs irradiated by micro-beam. is supported fact that many experiments have been carried out NIR tweezers. In present work it has identified affects a RBC density absorbed energy at approximately 107 J/cm3, which causes temperature rise about 7–12 °C. (© 2011 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)
