摘要: The RNAs of seven replication-defective leukaemia virus (DLV) strains contain three types unique sequences, which correlate with the capacity a given strain to transform erythroblasts, macrophage-like cells and myeloblasts, respectively. These termed erb, mac myb, have their counterparts in normal DNA avian mammalian species. Our results indicate that DLVs represent recombinants between common 'vector' related chicken endogenous one cellular gene possibly involved haematopoietic differentiation.
