摘要: p53 is a paramount protein in cancer studies, and p53-Mdm2 interaction the core regulation for most activities of protein-related networks. In this study, new mathematical model built to characterise based on recent biological findings, as well few reasonable hypotheses approximations. The dynamics ATM (Ataxia Telangiectasia Mutated) introduced so connect DNA damage signal with regulation. simulation results are good accord experimental observations literature. More importantly, through bifurcation analysis model, threshold mechanism predicted respect dose ionising radiation (IR). Furthermore, novel frequency shifting phenomenon also observed Fourier data. Finally, dominant frequency, an optimised scheme proposed guide procedure. Once these two mechanisms validated wet-lab experiments, they could provide us more insights related pathways.
