The influence of obserarer bias in analyzing gray wolf (Canis lupus) scats has not been addressed. When reviewing scat studies, Spaulding (1996) discovered only one study that mentioned a validation analysis (Eritts Mech 1981). Our objective was to compare analyses the same by multiple observers determine effects observer bias.
