However, the regulatory role underlying mechanisms are unknown. In study, we showed that was up-regulated PDAC, which indicated a poor prognosis. We also identified could stimulate aerobic glycolysis repress fructose-1, 6-bisphosphatase FBP1 cells. Restoring expression partially reversed tumor-promoting effects while loss PDAC tissues indicative poorer sum, promotes tumor patients with by inhibiting FBP1.
