摘要: African swine fever (ASF) is among the most significant of diseases for which no effective vaccines and antivirals are available. The disease, endemic in Africa, was introduced to Trans-Caucasian countries Russian Federation 2007, where it remains prevalent today domestic pigs wild boars. Although some measures were implemented, ASF continues pose a global risk all countries, thereby highlighting importance vaccine antiviral research. In this review, an overview research efforts toward development during past decades presented. As alternative development, current state against ASFV also Finally, future perspectives giving emphasis on strategies that may allow researchers develop countermeasures discussed.
