摘要: While the robotic approach to pancreaticodudenectom is relatively new, this not limited by many of issues faced with laparoscopic technique. There are better optics and imcreased maneverability, dexterity, abd precision difficult tasks. Intial studies have confirmed safety feasibility pancreatocduodenectomy (RPD) early reports shown that outcomes comparable open approach. At our institution, we frequently use laparoscopy for intial mobilization steps, but complete ajority resection all reconstruction robotically. In chapter, describe RPD in detail necessary considerations each step.
