摘要: Both stem cells and cancer are thought to be capable of unlimited proliferation. Moreover, many tumours cell lines express markers, including adenosine triphosphate (ATP)-binding cassette transporters, by which the pump out specific fluorescent dyes as well anti-cancer drugs, suggesting either that resemble or cancers contain stem-like cells. Using common characteristics brain tumour neural cells, several research groups have succeeded in identifying (cancer cells) lines. The purified but not other self-renew form when transplanted vivo. Thus, might a crucial target for anti-brain therapy.
