摘要: In order to study the extrusion parameters of double-layer tube and interaction between interface parameters.The process bonding for Al/Mg by thixo-co-extrusion was analyzed ABAQUS FEM microsoft based on thermal-mechanical coupling finite element method(FEM) theory model.The temperature field distribution stress equivalent strain in sample binding were also achieved.The velocity laws component metal deforming with three kinds proportions.The speed initial at proportion 3:7 are available.And die is optimized.At same time varying inner outer along obtained.
