摘要: Abstract Based on analysis of the main forming methods for double-layer tube, a new short-term process called thixo-co-extrusion was put forward in producing tube by combining semi-solid technology and multi-billet extrusion technology. By means with shaft, finite element model A356/AZ91 constructed ABAQUS FEM software. The distributions temperature field velocity as well contact force during were studied. diffusion interfaces between inner outer metals analyzed. simulation results show that, beginning thixo-co-extrusion, uneven wall thickness can appear. To ratio 5:5, double layer good combination be realized if VA356 is 0.12 m/s VAZ91 0.20 m/s.
