摘要: A voltage reference circuit includes a first transistor and second having their control terminals connected together, resistor coupled to current handling terminal of the transistor, between an output node mirror. The provides that is independent variations in supply by adjusting resistance response changes voltage. In one embodiment, at transistors kept constant despite flowing through are also constant.
