摘要: A stable reference voltage generator using a current mirror circuit comprising primary branch and secondary branch, is shown described. first bipolar transistor (Q1) has its collector connected in series with the of mirror, divider bridge at least two series-connected resistors (R1, R2), between second (Q2). The base (Q2) to common point resistors, (Q2), output (V REF ) terminal opposite that geometry said transistors being such equivalent "N" identical parallel. An isolation (Q7) transistor, latter emitter transistor.
