摘要: Abstract. Mastitis is one of the most important dairy cattle diseases which results in economic losses production. cases can be classified as subclinical or clinical. All forms mastitis lead to changes milk composition and induce an increase somatic cell count (SCC). SCC a very basic indicator udder health. An usually caused by immune response invasion pathogens contributing mastitis. The aim this study was investigate associations between polymorphisms selected genes (TLR4 CARD15/NOD2) whose products are involved identification pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) during innate infection, immunity expressed SCC. under were also examined for epistatic effects well interactions with parity stages lactation. In all studied classes, allele G TLR4 had favourable additive effect negative values, lower lnSCC. Allele A CARD15/NOD2 desirable varied time changing internal environment With regard dominance effect, found significantly associated higher first lactation third stage each single Moreover, statistically significant found, particular additive–additive dominance–additive favourably than expected case no epistasis.
